District and SAC Questions

District Level Questions

There are two types of district questions based on the mode of instruction: Face to Face or Distance Learning. Each evaluation begins with a several Likert scale questions (Strongly Agree, Agree, Undecided, Disagree, Strongly Disagree). After this initial bank of questions, there are two qualitative comment questions.

Face to Face

The instructor was available to help me.

The instructor created a student-friendly learning environment where I could participate.

The work expectations for this class were clear.

I received timely feedback on my work.

I received clear feedback on my work.

The grading system was clearly communicated.

The instructor was prompt in arriving and starting the class.

The instructor used class time effectively.

I would recommend this instructor to other students.

Distance Learning

The instructor established and met clear guidelines for responding to communication.

I would recommend this instructor to other students.

SAC Level Questions

SACs can also submit questions, which will appear on all courses in the SAC. Please submit all SAC questions by the end of the second week of the term. Questions submitted after this date will appear on the following term's course evaluations. Submit SAC questions to courseevaluations@pcc.edu.

Instructor Level Questions

Instructors can customize their evaluations for each individual course. Questions can be added until the day before the evaluation opens to students. For dates check the evaluations calendar. For information on how to submit instructor level questions, please check our quick start guide.
