You can gather anonymous feedback from your students by using the Course Evaluation tool, which can be accessed from within MyPCC.

Timeline
- On the first day of the term, instructors will be given access to manage settings for course evaluations for that term.
- When an instructor chooses to perform an evaluation by selecting the "Release Now!" button and saves the settings, the evaluation will be released to the students that evening.
- After an evaluation is released to students, an instructor may not deactivate the evaluation or change the sharing option .
- Three days after the term ends (grade due date), surveys are closed and the results made available to the instructor. If the "Share Results" option was activated, the data will also be made available to management.

Q: Who will see the results?
A: By default, only the instructor will see the results. The instructor can allow the department chair or division dean to view the results as well.
Q: When can I see the results?
A: Results will be released 3 days after the final grade submission date.
Q: When are the evaluations released?
A: After choosing to "Release Now!" and saving your settings, the evaluation will be released to students the following evening.
Q: How will the students be notified when a course evaluation is available?
A: The students will be notified through MyPCC e-mail. Faculty are asked to encourage students to take the course evaluations by frequently announcing their availability in class. You may want to consider taking your class to a computer lab or giving bonus points for doing the course evaluation.
