Problems with Blackboard & Office 2007
If you are downloading an Office 2007 document from your online class with Internet Explorer, the file will get renamed as a zip file. After the file has downloaded, rename the file back to .docx. For example, if you are supposed to download assignment1.docx, Internet Explorer will save it as assignment1.zip. Simply rename it to assignmen1.docx and Microsoft Office 2007 will open it.
