Feasibility Phase

This form is used for initial evaluation of a request for maintenance, remodel and new construction projects in a PCC facility. Requests are reviewed by the FMS Project Team every Friday. After a request has been approved by FMS, the assigned project manager will get back to the requester to develop a detailed project scope and budget.

Project Description: Briefly describe what it is you are requesting What are the expected results/benefits to the college? How much do you anticipate spending? When do you need the project do be complete?

After submitting this form, you will receive an emailed confirmation of your submission. This is not your work order confirmation. That will come later in an email with your work order number. Please keep that number for future reference - to be used if you have questions or wish an update. Remember, If you did not receive a number you do not have an approved work order.
