Catering Your Student Club Event

Student clubs can use a portion of their budget to provide food for events, recruiting, and/or meetings. PCC Dining Services has worked with ASPCC to develop a catering menu exclusively for student clubs with limited budgets that are funded solely by student fees.
To order food from the student club catering menu, you must email a completed order form to your campus club coordinator. Only enter information in the highlighted sections and forms MUST be submitted electronically in Excel. Coordinators information is listed below. The form must be received by the coordinators no later than 7 days prior to the event to avoid the late price being charged. The coordinators will then forward the order form to catering if they approve the use of funds.
