What We Do

The League is a non-profit organization whose mission is "to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation in government." We do this through advocacy based on studies leading to positions, civic education programming, voter service including a paper and online voters' guide, voter registration, nonpartisan and balanced candidate and ballot measure forums, speaker' bureau, etc...

Opportunities for service with us

The League would like to engage students in voter services, especially various aspects of candidate and ballot measure forums including research and proofreading, outreach, timing, greeting guests, and sorting audience questions.  We also seek help with public relations/outreach and perhaps some graphic design.
