ASPCC Senate Committee Reports

In order to be more transparent about how the college operates day-to-day, the Senators at ASPCC Sylvania have created the "Committee Reports" website to keep students informed.

What are committees?

    Committees are part of the governance structure of institutions, like Portland Community College. Your student senators sit on some of these committees, representing student interests.

What does student representation on committees mean for you?

    As a student, you are able to take your concerns or suggestions straight to the people who make college policy by simply contacting the representative for the committee that represents the issue you would like addressed, as well as seeing the decisions that are made at the administrative level about the issues that are important to you.
