These organizations all have annual conferences related to internationalization and intercultural communication.
- American Council on Education: Center for International Initiatives
- This Center offers programs, services and resources that enhance internationalization efforts on U.S. campuses. Look for their conference and collaborative meeting, both held annually.
- The Forum on Education Abroad
- The Forum was created in 2001 to meet the needs of the education abroad profession.
- Community Colleges for International Development
- CCID is an Association for Global Education that holds conferences and summer institutes. Many PCC employees have attended and enjoyed CCID conferences.
- (MIIIE) Midwest Institute for International / Intercultural Education
- Consortium of two-year colleges located in the midwest region. It supports curriculum and professional development.
- Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U)
- AAC&U is is concerned with the quality education at the undergraduate level.
- The Asian Studies Development Program
- This organization is focused on strengthening education and learning about Asia at the college level.
- National Conference on Race & Ethnicity in American Higher Education (NCORE)
- "The NCORE conference series constitutes the leading and most comprehensive national forum on issues of race and ethnicity in American higher education."
- Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research
- The Society is for people of many cultural and professional backgrounds concerned with the challenges and rewards of intercultural relations.
- CIEE: Council on International Education Exchange
- CIEE is the leading U.S. non-governmental international education organization. CIEE creates and administers programs that allow high school and university students, graduates, and educators to study, teach, intern, and work abroad.
- Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES): Fulbright
