Summer 2012 Seminars: China & Oman/UA Emirates

Who is eligible?

U.S. postsecondary educators, administrators, and media resource specialists in the social sciences and humanities (including, but not limited to, political science; economics, business and finance; sociology and demography; urban planning and environmental studies).

When would you study/travel?

For the Oman & EU Emirates seminar: four weeks from May 22 to June 22, 2012.

For the China seminar: four weeks beginning in late June 2012.

How will the applications be evaluated?

You will turn in five parts to the application:

  1. Curriculum Vitae - 10 points
  2. Discussion of your international experience - 10 points
  3. Demonstration of need for this seminar - 35 points
  4. Description of project and plan of implementation - 35 points
  5. References - 10 points
