  • Child Development Associate (CDA) and at least 20 quarter credits of ECE-related coursework.

Plus 5 years of recent, full-time, non-teaching work experience in the field.
In Early Childhood Education, this refers to recent, full-time work experience with children, families, and ECE programs.
