Enrollment Management
The Enrollment Management team is led by Chris Chairsell and Craig Kolins. The team is focusing on using a strategic approach for retention and student success by involving marketing, admissions, advising and graduation services in a streamlined way. The group was started in November 2004 and has grown to reflect a representative membership since then. The current members are: Chris Chairsell, Craig Kolins, Rebecca Mathern, Tammy Billick, Dennis Bailey-Fougnier, Russell Banks, Ron Smith, Laurie Bales, Robin Burwell, Jackie Elliott, Loan Lee, Jennifer Boehmer, Cheryl Scott, Miriam Friedman, Jane Rognlie, Scott Huff, Pam Muir, Cheryl Hefty, Stedman Burroughs, Susan Wilson, Consuelo Romanski, Susanne Christopher, Janice Rank, Nancy Wilder, Dee Wilson, Corbett Gottfried, Gary Palmer, Shane Horner, and Tonia Coronado.
The committee will focus on three to four major initiatives each year. Overall, the goal is to increase the number of students who successfully reach their goals at PCC.
