I. "Repeat issue" language change proposal – aka GPA Calculation/Recalculation (Veronica)

II. Adding a statement to the Syllabus – Credit Course Overview Standards re: the recording and distribution of lectures.

III. Continue to work on the bylaws

      a. How nominees are presented for consideration during an EAC Chair Election

      b. Drop the addition about quorum under IV. Meetings or keep it?

      c. Add something to section V. Standing Committees to formalize/standardize compensation for the chairs.

IV. Results of faculty query on the D grade and where we are now. Also, should pluses and minuses be (again) considered??

Our next meeting will be Friday, December 3, 2010 2-4 pm at CLIMB (I have to move it up again so we meet before the EAC on the 8^th).
