Implementation Spring 10

* Implementation by spring term is possible only if Internal Review and State approval are secured with little delay. Courses must be approved for Banner entry by the end of January in order to make a Spring implementation date.

These timelines are already tight for the Curriculum Office, and for the faculty who need to secure the signatures, so shortening the time between submission and review date is not possible.

1 Allows 5 working days for Signature pages to be sent to Contact/SAC Chair, signed by Chair and Div Dean, and returned to CO.

2 Courses will not be put on the agenda until signature page is received, in order to eliminate unintentional or multiple submissions.  Time between receipt of signature page and CC meeting must allow time for agenda to be completed, posted to the college community and sent to committee members with adequate time for review prior to the meeting date.  Signature page deadline is 8 working days prior to the meeting.
