Welcome!Our mission is to assist PCC faculty as you develop and revise curriculum, degrees and certificates. We can assist you over the phone, in person, or via e-mail consultations. On our web site you will find links to resources which will assist you in the process. Please contact us early in the development process for the curriculum or degree and certificate so that we can provide assistance. We support the Degree and Certificate Committee and the Curriculum Committee by providing administrative support for their work. The EAC has adopted a review and recommendation process for new and revised curriculum, degrees, and certificates. Details about the process, submission deadlines and meeting schedules are detailed below. |

Curriculum Submission and Review
- All curriculum changes must be reviewed by the Curriculum Committee prior to going to the Degree and Certificate Committee.
- Faculty must complete and submit all the relevant forms available on the curriculum webpage.
- Once the forms are received and processed then the Curriculum Committee reviews and makes recommendations, faculty representative should attend the meeting.
- Upon committee recommendation the materials are forwarded to the DOI, Campus President, and VP for Academic and Student Affairs for their signature..
- The course is sent to Oregon Board of Community Colleges and Workforce Development.

Degrees and Certificates Submission and Review
- Review this detailed list of what must be submitted for review by the Degree and Certificate Committee DACApprovalList
- Faculty must complete and submit all the relevant forms available on the Degree and Certificate webpage.
- Once the forms are received and processed then the Degree and Certificate Committee reviews and makes recommendations.
- Upon committee recommendation the materials are forwarded to DOI, Campus President, and VP for Academic and Student Affairs.
- The new or revised degree or certificate is submitted to Oregon Board of Community Colleges and Workforce Development for review and approval.
