Return to Learning Assessment Council
Since fall 2009 all academic programs and disciplines at PCC have focused assessment efforts on the Institutional Core Outcomes, starting with Critical Thinking and Problem Solving as the focal point for 2009-2010. Clarification from NWCCU led us to refocus Career Technical Education (CTE) programs on their own degree and certificate outcomes in subsequent years. In fall 2010 CTE departments were asked to show the alignment of their program outcomes with the Institutional Core.
In the reports posted below, those submitted in 2010 address assessment of Critical Thinking and Problem Solving. Reports submitted in 2011 or later examine each program’s degree and/or certificate outcomes.
Note: Annual plans and End-of-Year reports were submitted separately in 2013-2014, so two documents are posted for each Subject Area Committee for 2014.
