Each cookbook is full of approximately 100 recipes that are PCC family favorites. Proceeds from the sale of the cookbooks will go to supporting scholarships for professional development, quarterly luncheons, scholarships for the AAWCC fall conference and much more! Thank you to all who contributed recipes and to all who buy cookbooks!
A cookbook only costs $10 or for a great deal, you can buy both of them for only $15. They make great gifts. Hurry and get yours while supplies last!

You can now purchase your cookbooks online, and we will deliver them to you. You must be a PCC employee to use this option. Also please note that after adding an item to your cart, you will have the opportunity to change the quantity. Though we are using PayPal for our secure online shopping cart, you do not need to be a member of PayPal to use the service. Look carefully, because this is not made as obvious as it should be.
