Any person interested in supporting the mission of AAWCC, to inspire, champion, and celebrate the talents within each of us, may become a member on the local, state, and/or national level. We encourage you to join your PCC chapter and get involved on the local level.

Cascade Festival of African Films: Women Filmmaker's Week – March 2-4

Come support PCC's Cascade Festival of African Films for Women Filmmaker's Week, which is dedicated to talented women filmmakers with distinct voices and visions. Films are free and open to the public!

We aren't gathering as a group for the films, but we encourage you to attend. There are four films that play in the afternoons and evenings March 2-4.

AAWCC has purchased 20 tickets to the PCC musical "In the Heights" for Friday, March 17 at 7pm. This year, we are giving away these tickets for FREE to the first 20 members who RSVP. Tickets are only available to AAWCC members.

If you would like to purchase additional tickets for family or friends, visit the PCC Theatre website. Seating in the PAC is first come, first serve and not assigned by tickets.

Once the 20 tickets are claimed we won't have any more – so don't waste time!

Additionally, we will be hosting a happy hour event for all members at Walter Mitty's (just across from the SY campus at the top of the hill) beginning at 5:30pm. Please join us if you are coming for the show!

Thanks to the generous support of the Southeast Campus President, Dr. Jessica Howard, we will be serving a delicious lunch buffet. Space and food is limited, so please rsvp by Friday, April 7 at noon.
