Notes
It is recommended that the entire Biology sequence be taken at one institution.
* The entire chemistry sequence must be completed to be equivalent to OSU’s organic chemistry. Lower-division credit will be received for PCC’s 200-level chemistry.
Courses for the Biology Major require a number of prerequisites. Math is especially important. Prior to enrolling in the PCC courses listed above, make sure you have met the requirements and recommendations listed in the class schedule. If you do not have the high school biology and chemistry coursework, you may enroll in 100 level courses at PCC. It's important to meet with an advisor or counselor to develop an academic plan that meets your individual needs.
PCC endeavors to create accurate transfer guides for students; however, requirements may change without notice. Students are responsible for working with PCC advisors and their transfer institution to ensure that their academic plan will meet requirements and timelines.
