Most people who enter the real estate industry work as real estate brokers. A real estate broker is an individual who is licensed by the state and helps people buy and sell real estate.  There are many activities involved in the purchase and sale of real estate.  A real estate broker is specially trained to assist clients with all the details.  There are certain requirements that must be met (see below).

Property Manager and Real Estate Broker Requirements
