Careers in Real Estate

Important News

Beginning in Fall 2016 coursework designed to prepare for the State of Oregon real estate broker and property manager licensing exams will be offered on a non-credit basis through the PCC CLIMB Center, the continuing education branch of the college. After Spring 2016, PCC will no longer offer Real Estate courses on a credit basis. Real Estate courses will not be offered in Summer 2016.

Registration is limited to current students that have previously completed Real Estate program credits. If you have questions, about your eligibility to register for Spring 2016, please contact program advisor Marta Hoenig.

If you would like the CLIMB Center to contact you regarding real estate course offerings beginning in Fall 2016, please email professional.training@pcc.edu [opens in new window].
