Hospital / Clinical Affiliates
The participating hospital and clinical affiliates vary from year to year. Some clinical sites are hospitals and some are free standing out-patient clinics. The final list of participating clinical affiliates for the 2009 class is currently being compiled. When the list has been confirmed, each applicant will be sent a “Clinical Preference” form. Based on our list of participating sites, applicants will need to complete the “Clinical Preference” form to indicate their order of preference regarding training sites.
