MLT Extension Program
In partnership with Lane Community College, Rogue Community College, Oregon Medical Labs, and Asante Health System, PCC offers an MLT Extension program for students in the Lane CC and Rogue CC service districts. Students attending other colleges and universities outside the Portland Metro area may also be eligible for the Extension Program.
Students can complete the program pre-requisites and general education requirements at their local community college, and the MLT program requirements through PCCs Distance Education program. Students in the Extension program may occasionally meet with instructors; however, all of the MLT course work is completed online. Clinical lab experiences are provided at local hospitals and clinical laboratories. Students interested in the MLT Extension Degree should contact Lane Community College or Rogue Community College, and complete the steps to enrollment.
