PCC's multi-faceted Education program offers everything from an Associate of Arts, Oregon Transfer degree in elementary education for four-year degree seekers to degrees in disciplines such as library media assisting and instructional assisting in special education.

Another offering of the education department is Outdoor School practicum for PCC education students. In conjunction with the Washington County Educational Service District, Outdoor School allows PCC students to gain experience while working with sixth grade students in outdoor settings.
