As a manager, you will be a vital member of a business organization.
Your responsibilities will vary according to the size and type
of business where you are employed. These responsibilities may
include planning (establishing daily work schedules and goals),
organizing (coordinating activities and directing personnel to
reach goals), staffing (evaluating performance, recommending
hiring, promotions and dismissals), directing (provide leadership
and motivation to personnel), and controlling (meet established
company performance standards).
Managers are hired by organizations of all sizes. Graduates
