As an automotive service technician, you will inspect, test, diagnose, repair and supervise the repair of mechanical and electrical systems on automobiles and light trucks. Other responsibilities may include accounting, record keeping, sales, customer relations and management.

Our program is designed to develop your skills in communicating with customers and colleagues, basic arithmetic for using diagnostic equipment, reading and research for using repair manuals, and organization for planning work schedules and repair sequences, plus operation of equipment and diagnostic processes for using logical, step-by-step methods to locate defects.

Automotive service technicians work for automobile dealerships, independent garages, parts houses, service stations, mass merchandisers, fleet owners, and specialty shops. Jobs are available virtually anywhere you wish to live.

The program consists of three-week instructional modules, each module being an intensive course in a specialized area.
