Perkins III Core Indicators

1. Student Skill Gains (both academic and vocational technical.) Student attainment of challenging State established academic and vocational technical skill proficiencies.

• Academic:
  • Secondary: state assessment results in grade 10 English and Mathematics.
  • Post-Secondary: student attainment of a degree or certificate
• Vocational technical:
  • Secondary: students make satisfactory progress
  • Post-Secondary: students make satisfactory progress

1. Completers. Student attainment of secondary diploma or post-secondary degree or credential
2. Placement. Student placement in employment and/or pursue further education
3. Nontraditional training and employment. Student participation in and completion of vocational technical education programs that lead to nontraditional training and employment.
