PCC Transcript Information

To view an unofficial copy of your PCC transcripts:

  • Go to MyPCC Online Community website
  • Click on First Time User? in the MyPCC screen under the login box and follow the directions to create your account.
    • PCC ID Number, call the Registration Office at 503-977-4933 if your don't know what this is
    • Birth date MM/DD/YYYY
    • Zip Code
  • The system will assign you a temporary password, go back to the main MyPCC webpage
  • Login using your temporary password, once in, the system will ask you to redo your password to something you'll remember as your permanent password.
  • Once you're in the system select the My Courses tab
  • Click on Unofficial Transcripts in the left hand column under View My

If you have a balance/financial hold on your PCC account you will be unable to view your unofficial transcript until payment is made. Please contact Denna Lewis in Accounts Receivable at 503-533-2887 to make a payment or inquiry on your account.
 

You may order PCC transcripts by mail or fax.

Transcript Request Form (requires Acrobat Reader)

To process your request as quickly as possible, we need:

  • Your name (and all names you may have used while attending)
  • Your Social Security Number
  • Approximate dates of attendance
  • Address to which you want the transcripts mailed
  • Your current address and phone number
  • Your signature
  • $3.00 for each copy you're requesting
    If you mail us your request, you may pay by including your VISA or Mastercard number (with expiration date) or you may pay with a check or money order.
    If you fax us your request, you must include a VISA or Mastercard number (with expiration date).

Note: If there are any holds on your record you will be notified by mail.

How Long Does It Take?

Once your request has been received in the Office of Student Records, allow a minimum of 5 working days for your transcript to be issued. Please note that ALL requests are processed in the sequence received. Requests received during peak busy periods may take longer to process.

For transcripts being mailed out-of-state, allow an additional two weeks (or more) for mail delivery and for the receiving institution to process accordingly.
