Menu of Allowable and Suggested Uses

The following "Menu" contains ideas for use of the PAVTEC Consolidated Funds. It is not intended to be comprehensive. Use of the funds does not need to be restricted to activities on this list. However all uses must fit into the State and Federal guidelines. It is recommended that prior approval from the PAVTEC office be obtained for proposed uses not on the Menu.

As information becomes available about other suggested activities, they will be posted on the PAVTEC website http://www.pcc.edu/pavtec/.

Staff Development Opportunities

Note: The Oregon Department of Education has determined that the measurement indicators for effective staff development are improved student outcomes, i.e., meeting academic and technical skill standards, PTE program completion rates, etc. Therefore, in making decisions about sponsoring people to participate in professional development activities, consideration should be given to how participation in that activity will improve student outcomes.
