Enter the name of the PCC student.
Enter the PCC e-mail address of the student.
Enter the phone number of the PCC student with area code.
Please indicate the type of project you are submitting.
Please indicate the prize category you are submitting in.
Enter the title of your submission.
Acceptable formats include .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf or .ppt. For other formats, contact library.prize@pcc.edu.
Select the term when you enrolled as a PCC student and created the submission project.
The "A" grade for winning entries will be verified by the course instructor.
Enter the e-mail address of the instructor.
Enter the phone number of the instructor with area code.
By selecting "Yes, I understand", I agree that if I am the winner to allow my work to be posted on the PCC Library website. I also agree to participate in publicity events, including the awards ceremony. I understand that if I do not acknowledge winning the prize by the required date, another winner may be chosen
