Fax Services

Fax machines are in the libraries at all campuses. Southeast uses the campus fax machine.

Library uses include intercampus and interlibrary transmission of "need-to-have-it-now" magazine articles, memos, letters, and film booking reservations.

Cover sheets or "Post-it" fax notes that detail "sender" and "sendee's" number, the number of pages sent, and contact phone numbers should be transmitted with every document to reduce the chance of error on the receiving end.

Non-library fax service, including long distance, is available at numerous sites on every campus. When other campus fax machines are down, the library provides fax services to the college community.
