Blackboard CE6 for campus/classroom based course: accounts for faculty wanting to use Blackboard CE6 to supplement classroom based course.
Blackboard CE6 for Online or classroom/web (web, telweb, ITV): This form must be completed by division dean or department chair.
Camtasia License: a computer screen capture software used to create video tutorials of an on screen action. This suthorization form is to purchase one license of Camtasia Studio for a single computer installation, at a department cost of 59.00 annually, to be billed by Curriculum Support Services.
PCC/WebEasy Staff Account: a simple web pages using a basic editor with direct link from the PCC staff directory.
Respondus/StudyMate: a software to create Quiz/Survey tools for Blackboard CE6.
Spot: a space in the Spot server to create instructional/departmental web pages (supports SSI, perl). This form is to request an account in Spot server, requires skills using a web page editing program such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver.
SWS instructor/class accounts: get web directory space for your class and students.
SWS email list: get a class e-mail discussion list.

What is a server?
A server is a computer with a large file storage capacity. One server, Spot, hosts faculty, staff, and department web sites, as well as Blackboard CE6, an online course environment. The Student Web Server (SWS) hosts email lists as well as web space for any class that wants it.
