My position in the library is in access services. In addition to being the Reserve Specialist for the Sylvania library, I coordinate copyright permissions for coursepacks, reserves, or individual articles requested by faculty. In my leisure time, I love to travel. Born in Texas and raised in Oregon, I have lived in 15 different cities as various as Oss, Netherlands, Orleans, France and Mililani, Hawaii. I was exiled for 11 years in the "deep South" and four years in the "frozen North". I have crossed the United States West to East and back again 12 times by car with kids and dogs. Speaking of dogs, I am a dog lover who now has cats. When I am not reading mysteries and science fiction, my other life is that of an Antique dealer who loves mid-century modern furniture, American pottery and Navajo silver. In the end, I am a wayfarer who has come home.
