Create an EPAF – More Help with Suffix Numbers

If a position number has never existed for this employee, use the suffix ’01’.

For some employees who have held many jobs at PCC, the “All Jobs” list may be a very long list. Once an employee reaches 99 for a suffix, we switch to alpha-numeric. The scheme works like this:

  • 01 – 99
  • A0 – A9
  • B0 – B9… etc, until Z9
  • AA – AZ
  • BA – BZ… etc, until ZZ

After you type in the suffix number, remember to press TAB on your keyboard, then click the “Go” button.
