Timesheets
View the appropriate pay schedule to determine when your timesheets are due and when payday is. Print out and fill in the appropriate timesheet. If you have driven for PCC business other than to and from work, print out and submit a mileage form with your timesheet. (Also see PCC Mileage Allowance Chart.)

New Employee Payroll Forms
Every new employee is required to fill out and submit a W-4 form. In addition one of the forms listed below is also required, depending on the position type.

- JAF-B Bi-Weekly Payroll Hourly Job Authorization form
- JAF-M Monthly Payroll Job Authorization form
- EPAF - Electronic Personnel Action Form
