Portland Community College undertook a comprehensive review of management and confidential employees’ compensation and benefit programs in 2006/2007. After completing two years of the planned three-year implementation, a reassessment of where PCC is in the down economy was conducted.

Timesheets

View the appropriate pay schedule to determine when your timesheets are due and when payday is. Print out and fill in the appropriate timesheet. If you have driven for PCC business other than to and from work, print out and submit a mileage form with your timesheet. (Also see PCC Mileage Allowance Chart.)

  • Management and Academic Professionals (Full-time): Your timesheet should now be filled out using the "Web Time Entry" system in MyPCC. Please proceed to the Web Time Entry page to review instructions for the system.
  • Casual and Student Help: Your timesheet should now be filled out using the "Web time Entry" system in MyPCC. Please proceed to the Web Time Entry page to review instructions for the system.
