Informational Meetings

These informational meetings are your opportunity to hear about changes and ask questions. We encourage employees to attend one of the informational meetings below or to view the media site capture (recording). The media site capture will be available for viewing on the Open Enrollment web site by August 31.

The media site capture and both open enrollment meetings will be approximately 2 hours long.  Included will be presentations from PCC Benefits Staff, an OEBB representative, and representatives from the various insurance carriers. 

Please read the materials prior to the meeting, and bring the open enrollment packet with you to the meeting. If you have any special accommodation needs, please contact Benefits at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

MyOEBB Benefits Enrollment Assistance/Drop-In Sessions

These drop-in sessions are to help employees with the online enrollment in the MyOEBB system. These are not informational meetings, and we will not have time to answer detailed questions about the plans. Please determine which plans you want to enroll in prior to coming to one of these sessions.

Please bring your open enrollment packet with you to the online help session.
