Benefits Information and Assistance
Informational Meetings
We encourage employees to attend one of the informational meetings listed below or to view the streaming of the first presentation on the benefits web site. The first presentation will be available for viewing on our web site within a couple of days after the actual meeting. These meetings will be broadcast through the College ITV network, and will be up to two hours depending on questions. Participants at every site will be able to ask questions during the presentation, or talk with a Benefits Specialist afterwards for more personal questions. If you have any special accommodation needs, please contact the Benefits department at least 72 hours prior to the meeting you wish to attend. Please bring your open enrollment packet with you to the meeting.

MyOEBB Benefits Enrollment Assistance/Drop-In Sessions
The following dates, times and locations are for drop-in assistance for employees who need to go into MyOEBB to enroll in benefits, opt out, make changes or designate a beneficiary for life insurance. These sessions will be staffed by HR/Benefits, so questions regarding the benefit plans can also be answered.
Make your benefits a priority and put the date, time and location which is best for you on your calendar today. The absolute deadline to enroll, opt out, make changes or designate a beneficiary is September 15 at 5pm.
