Jesus Ramirez Lopez
Jesus Ramirez Lopez spent a few years at PCC working on his English before becoming proficient enough to be accepted into the Automotive Technology Program, where he is diligently studying brakes, suspension, electricity, engine performance and transmissions.
Currently, he works full time doing farm work, caring for grapes on a vineyard, while also going to school full time. After he graduates, his dream is to someday own his own shop so he can not only do the work he loves, but also employ other people in the community. "I’ve had a hard time with my English and my reading," said Jesus," but I’m trying hard every day. I really like the job we’re learning."
