Art and Music: Multiple Scholarship
To apply for this scholarship, you must meet all the criteria for at least one of the scholarships listed below.
Owen Chamberlain
One award for $1,000
- Completed at least 24 PCC credits by the end of Winter 2013.
- Pursuing studies in Art or Music.
Dorothy Fisher-Jones
Two awards for $1,400
- Applicants must be enrolled, or planning to enroll in, PCC vocal music classes.
- Recipients must complete at least one vocal music course per term during the scholarship year.
- Studying music and pursuing music and singing as a career.
Richard Helzer Memorial Art
Two awards for $1,750
- Applicants must submit a CD of their work to the PCC Foundation by the scholarship deadline.
- Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation from Art instructors.
- On track to graduate at the end of the scholarship year (June 2014).
- Preference given to applicants with a desire to pursue a career in art education.
- Pursuing an Art degree in painting, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, or drawing.
Erich Porshman
Two awards for $2,000
- 3.25 GPA.
- Full-time student (12 credits or more per term).
- Pursuing studies in Art or Music.
