What is enrollment verification?
Enrollment verification is a statement verifying that a student is enrolled in classes during a given term. Why wasn’t I able to get an enrollment verification certificate through MyPCC?
Enrollment verifications are only available for a certain period. If you try to get an enrollment verification certificate before this time, it will not be available.
The National Student Clearinghouse searches by your Social Security Number. If you have not provided PCC with your social security number you will not be able to get a certificate through MyPCC. You will either need to print an unofficial transcript, order an official transcript, or contact an Admissions & Registration Office.
Are there special circumstances when I can’t get an enrollment verification from National Student Clearinghouse?
There are a few instances when you will not be able to get enrollment verification from the National Student Clearinghouse. For these verifications you must contact Admissions and Registration. Some examples are:
- Non-Credit Courses
- Alaska Department of Revenue
- Anticipated Graduation Date
- GED Courses
- Canadian Insurance
- Social Security
I need the enrollment verification for Child Support purposes.
Child Support requests must be received and completed by Student Records. These forms are sent to the student by the Child Support Division of the State of Oregon. Students, then, must complete and sign their portion of the Child Attending School Confirmation Form before sending it to Student Records. The form will be completed within 3-5 business days of being received at Student Records. Forms cannot be completed until after the drop period. Student Records will then mail the forms directly to the state. If you would like a copy of what is sent to the state, please indicate this on the form.
If a parent is requesting the child’s transcript, a Consent for Disclosure must be on file with PCC. Without the Consent for Disclosure the request will not be completed.
