Membership Requirements

To be eligible for membership in Phi Theta Kappa you must have completed at least 12 transferable credits at Portland Community College with a cumulative 3.5 grade point average.  You do not need to attend a Phi Theta Kappa orientation in order to join.  You may submit an application at your convenience.  An application has been attached for your convenience.  Complete the requested information and return the application along with a check for $80 payable to the same to the following address:
