Workshop Objectives:

An instructor-led online course organized to provide Auditing BoK information. Learn from lecture, other auditors’ experience, reading, and practice online test questions to prepare you for the ASQ CQA exam.

Workshop Deliverables:

  • Learn the CQA Body of Knowledge.
  • Practice audit questions
  • Participate in case scenarios and interactive class activities

Requirements

Materials Required: The ASQ Auditing Handbook Fourth Edition by J.P.Russell, Editor (ebook available at www.asq.org)

Attendance: Individuals looking to achieve their ASQ CQA certification who are involved with quality auditing, or support the auditing functions within an organization.

Technology Required: Collaborative meeting room: GoToMeeting (downloads must be completed on all devices before training)

  • Internet Explorer 7.0, Mozilla Firefox 4.0, Google Chrome 5.0 (JavaScript and Java enabled) or the latest version of each web browser
  • Windows 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server
  • Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection (700 Kbps of Internet bandwidth and a dual-core 1.6GHz CPU with 2 GB of RAM)
  • Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)

VoIP: Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need broadband connection, a microphone and speakers. (A USB headset is required.)

Statement:

  • Course completion certificates are provided upon completion of the course.
  • Completion of this course in no way guarantees a passing score on the ASQ CMQ/OE exam.
  • Instruction will be recorded; learners can make up lectures upon request.
