Mary is a Professional Development Executive for the Professional Development and Training Department at CLIMB where she works with organizations to bring them results-oriented training solutions.

Mary has 30 years' experience in adult learning, developing, delivering and managing training and development programs for public and private sector organizations. Mary holds a BS in Education from the University of Oregon.

Mary enjoys flower and vegetable gardening, reading, and travel almost anywhere.
