Deborah is an Implementation Specialist for Professional Development and Training at CLIMB. She has been a part of the team since the department's days at the CAPITAL Center in Beaverton, Oregon. Deborah coordinates classes with the clients and instructors, organizes materials, locations and logistics of each class. She takes care of our clients and makes sure that everything is running smoothly.
Deborah has 30+ years' experience as an office manager/administrative assistant and has worked in a variety of industries, and organizations, large and small, private and public, from computer consulting and training, to real estate/mortgage lending, to educating adult learners.
Music and people are Deborah's main focus in her spare time. Deborah loves to sing and plays several musical instruments. Can you say KARAOKE? She is very active and involved at work and loves serving the community at large. She is the current President for the Federation of Classified Employees at PCC, and is a member of several boards that serve the labor community locally and nationally. Serving people is definitely Deborah's passion!
