Christine Richards

Christine is the Director of the Professional Development and Training Department at CLIMB, where she brings her experience and creative ideas to expand the reach of the department's training solutions to new clients as well as deepening existing relationships.

She was educated in England and brings more than 24 years of international experience in business, sales, and management as the owner of three businesses and consulting to Fortune 500 companies to grow their businesses. Christine is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and past president of the Oregon Chapter. She has conducted presentations for financial, manufacturing, business, educational and governmental groups. More than 33,000 people have benefited from hearing her speak on the topics of communication, customer service, sales and behavioral profiling.

Christine is also a first-degree black belt in Shotokan (Show-tow-can) Karate. She has competed in more than 20 tournaments and was a member of the Southern England Women's Karate Team. She devotes much of her free time to working with charities and is passionate about working with women and teen girls in the areas of bullying, self-esteem and self-defense.
