Course Description
Beginning level, self-paced walking programs and a variety of conditioning exercises for specific body areas. Provides instruction for integrating walking into a lifetime fitness program.Addendum to Course Description
Student provides appropriate sport clothing activity. Sport shoes designed for walking are required.Intended Outcomes for the course
