Intended Outcomes for the course

Students will study individually with an off-campus instructor in:
  • Brass
  • Woodwind
  • Percussion
  • Vocal
  • Piano
  • Bass
  • Guitar
  • Students will be able to assist the instructor to develop a one-term course of study.
  • Students will be able to keep a regular practice routine.
  • Students will be able to improve their skills in their chosen instrument.

Outcome Assessment Strategies


The individual instructor will submit the grade to the Department Chair. Evaluation will be based upon the student's effort and progress. A letter grade or "Pass/No Pass" will be issued.
