Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:-
Apply general principles of management (planning, organizing, controlling, decision making, and leading) and supervision to a health information management department.

Apply general principles of human resources management including interviewing, training, performance evaluations, job analysis, disciplining, and basic supervision to a health information management department.
