Course Description
Oral Histology Independent Study The continued study of microscopic anatomy, histology and embryology of the oral tissues. Serves as an introduction to the study of oral pathology Prerequisite: BI 122 or BI 232. Prerequisite/concurrent: DH 128.Intended Outcomes for the course
1. Recognize the relationship between the embryology of the face, oral cavity and oral/dental tissues in order to differentiate between normal and pathological tissues and structures of the oral cavity and facial area.
