Intended Outcomes for the course
- Explain approximately 10 nutrients within the functions of digestion and energy production toward client diet planning.
- Recall, explain and integrate nomenclature, methodology and procedures within the study of human nutrition
- Integrate the concepts of body systems and their role in nourishing the human organism
