Intended Outcomes for the course

  1. Explain approximately 10 nutrients within the functions of digestion and energy production toward client diet planning.
  2. Recall, explain and integrate nomenclature, methodology and procedures within the study of human nutrition
  3. Integrate the concepts of body systems and their role in nourishing the human organism
