Course Description
Explores theoretical context of ethics and rationale for underlying merit of health promotion. Explores the practical opportunities and constraints of professionals in health promotion, resolving value conflicts, and understanding and responding to ethical challenges in practical ways.
Intended Outcomes for the course
- Practice ethical standards with awareness of 5 particular areas of conflict in Nutritional Therapy
- Incorporate up to 5 techniques and best practices of clinical counseling
- Pursue entrepreneurship via tools provided by SBDC and a basic understanding of business practice.
